All services are delivered digitally. We do not post content on clients’ behalf—clients receive ready-to-publish files for manual upload.

 

Refund Policy

 

Due to the custom and creative nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you believe there has been an error or issue with your delivery, please contact us directly to resolve it.

Cancellation Policy

 

Clients on a monthly subscription plan may cancel at any time. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date.

Delivery Timeline

After the client’s video session and submission of required materials, content delivery typically occurs within 7–10 business days, depending on the scope of the work. Clients will be notified of any changes in turnaround time.

Returns Policy

Nomad Kloud does not sell physical goods. Therefore, returns do not apply.

Legal & Compliance

​

Nomad Kloud complies with European Union VAT regulations and operates under the registered freelance status of Eda Burcu Senel in Spain. All invoices are issued accordingly.
